My Paypal account has been upgraded to a corporate user and has been verified, but some buyers report that he still cannot complete the payment. What is going on?
The Problem is :
1. When I set the payout mode "Collected by itch.io, paid later",he tell me he complete the payment, before this, my payout mode is"Direct To You", he coundn't completed the payment. so what's wrong with this .
2.Although I suspect it is a problem with my paypal account ， my paypal account has been successfully upgraded to a corporate user, why can't he complete the payment？
3.now i set the "Collected by itch.io, paid later",he can pay for my stuff, but the problem is : how and when can i get my earning?

We need to know the error message they got, or at least a link to the page they were trying to purchase so we can look it up in our logs. Thanks
The only error message I have in our system for your account was from a day ago before you switched to the new system. It says Account+8255XXXXX@qq.com+is+restricted. (I redacted part of the email with XXXXX), you can use that to confirm if that’s the person who had issues. If it is, then it’s because of their PayPal account and is not related to our system.
I can’t read any of text in the screenshots you provided of PayPal, so if you could include a translation that would be helpful.
