The Problem is :

1. When I set the payout mode "Collected by itch.io, paid later",he tell me he complete the payment, before this, my payout mode is"Direct To You", he coundn't completed the payment. so what's wrong with this .

2.Although I suspect it is a problem with my paypal account ， my paypal account has been successfully upgraded to a corporate user, why can't he complete the payment？

3.now i set the "Collected by itch.io, paid later",he can pay for my stuff, but the problem is : how and when can i get my earning?

When I set the payout mode “Collected by itch.io, paid later”,he tell me he complete the payment, before this, my payout mode is”Direct To You”, he coundn’t completed the payment. so what’s wrong with this .

We need to know the error message they got, or at least a link to the page they were trying to purchase so we can look it up in our logs. Thanks
