Can't upload cover image + screenshots don't show

Hey all,

I can't upload a cover image. When I pick one, it shows as if it's uploaded it, but then it's gone. As for screenshots, they don't show on the page: https://cosmicvoid.itch.io/void-breach

Any ideas?

I can see your screenshots just fine. Not so much the cover art. And beware that you don't seem to have a creator profile.

Oh, wasn't aware of that. Any idea how I change it to a creator profile?

Make sure you've ticked the box that says "developing and uploading games" under "how will you use your account" in the profile settings.

Still no, but now your game has cover art.

Some success then :) thanks. I am worried though about the creator profile not working. Is there a way to open a support ticket and query this matter with Itch?

Looks like you figured it out. Maybe you weren’t clicking save after uploading the image?
