You get a twitch account, then you open the game, you click Twitch Mode, then you enter your username, then you click Whats This? next to the oauth code thingy, which will direct you to a site that generates the ode for you. Copy and paste into the box, and click Start Game.
If you don't have screen capture stuff, then just get Xsplit Gamecaster. It is the most simple and ridiculously easy to use and free.
