Game is not indexed after waiting for a while

My first project released on itch.io has been there for over a week yet it still has not been indexed, I have shared it far and wide as I can, can anything be done about it?

Because I also followed the quality guidelines and made sure everything is in check

Yes, there's some advice in the unofficial FAQ.

Plese with all due respect, I have read through the guidelines, if possible can you please find out my error because I dont know what I've done wrong :)

It doesn't seem like you made a mistake, but rather, simply a matter of Itch's timing.

Your account is barely a month old and you have paid content, and it's likely on the manual review list.

This means a human member of the staff must review and ensure that your account and content are legitimate and not an attempt at fraud.

The problem is that the Itch staff is very small, and depending on how many people are uploading games or requesting support, this review can take anywhere from a few hours to a few weeks (yes, weeks).

If your projects take a long time to be indexed (and by a long time, I mean no less than a week), one alternative, as the rules state, is to contact support and include the ticket number here. The moderator can bring that ticket to the staff's attention. However, this only works if something actually happened that caused your pages to be "forgotten" among all the requests. If you do this, for example, after 12 hours, to name a number, your request will most likely be ignored, since your game is in the normal process of being inspected.

P.S.: Since you have paid content, make sure you've completed the tax interview.
