So like always I was looking for some games that someone recomended me.. AND I DOWNLOADED SOME HORROR INDIE GAME AND I GOT TROJAN. I REPEAT TROJAN! And now my pc is ruined and some more. I just need to warn you, Read the discription and check the game before downloading it. Its suck with trojan on pc

i downloaded more then 3000 tools, assets, but only gamedev stuff and i never had any trouble windows defender keept me clean as long as i remember,  i dont know which game you played, but normally you can pretty much take good guess if its safe by checking out who the site is done and the ratings often give you a pretty good pic, suspicious if there are no comments no ratings etc, i mean if you download  a file like 53z483.zip from a complete blank white page without any pic there could be something evil inside, but again windows defner is very active nearly over active he even tries to safe me from normal files lol, so maybe this could be a good advice for  people who are new to itch :) best regards, love and peace <3 oh any if you want to to thank me for my überl33t knewledge check my games or follow me id appreciate any support <3

this is why itch needs a third party screening program. I brought it up before but they said no because it would create a false sense of security, however having no security isn't better.
