Game not appearing on the homepage for ~20 days

Hello,

My game has not appeared on the Itch.io homepage for about 20 days now. I have carefully read the guidelines and I am sure that my game does not violate any rules.

While developing my game, I had to spend money on assets and other resources. However, it hasn’t even appeared on the homepage yet. Because of this, I could only share it through direct links, and so far, only about 70 people have seen it — which is a very low number.

I have sent two separate emails to Itch.io support, but I have not received any response. I would kindly like to ask if any staff member could provide me with an update on my game's status.

Here is the link to my game:

Thank you in advance for your time and support.

Yes, as explained in the FAQ, your first paid game can take longer. But you can post your ticket numbers here and I'll let our admins know.

What do you mean by homepage? The Itch homepage is itch.io and games there will not be there, just by being released.

Your game is currently indexed. If your issue was indexing, that has been resolved.

Hi,

It’s not super common for games to appear on the front page after being indexed. Usually they appear in the Recent section of their category for awhile. Some might also appear in New & Popular for awhile with a little luck.

If the question was about something else… apologies.

Hello, the problem is solved. Thanks for the answers.
