Support Request – My Game Was Hidden on itch.io, and PayPal Froze Accont (Ticket #299689)

I noticed that all of my game pages, including Glow of Snowy Night, have been removed from discovery index. They no longer show up in search results or on external search engines.

This change occurred around the same time my game was discovered by a Japanese Flash game forum, which brought a large number of visitors from Japan, and at the same time, my PayPal account was frozen.

I would like to understand why my pages were hidden.

If I have violated any rules or guidelines, I would appreciate it if you could let me know what the issue was, so I can resolve it appropriately.

Thank you for your time and support.

PS: By the way, links to NSFW games are not allowed on the forum, so it's best to edit your post.

My case occurred slightly before the event you referred to, so I believe the two are unrelated.

Either way, I've let our admins know.

I just hope to get a reply, no matter the outcome. I waited two weeks last time without hearing anything. When I followed up with more info using the same message, I got a new ticket — the original one (Ticket #291500) seems to have been ignored.

That felt pretty bad.
Let me guess... is my game being hidden related to PayPal?
Could it be that PayPal is specifically targeting my account?

I don't know, and it's out of my hands now. There are likely to be unpredictable delays currently.
