Support request ignored? 291757 and 291742

Hello, I opened a support request 9 days ago and have not heard back. I saw that the rules say I cannot ask how long until someone replies but I can ask for help with a pending ticket. So, is there anyone who can take a look at my tickets? Appreciate the help!

I'll let our admins know, but as you might have noticed from recent discussions, response time will be unpredictable for a while.

Yeah I figured, I had opened another request about that today but I'd imagine everyone is asking questions about that.
I just know my game has been approved by Patreon directly (I submitted the storyline to them) and they follow payment processor guidelines. Fingers crossed it gets figured out soon, I chose a terrible month to launch my game :(

I did hear back on one of my requests, the only other important one I opened was 4 days ago on Saturday. Maybe I'm missing something but when I search for my game in "search for games" it doesn't display. It is NSFW, but as far as I can tell it looks like games are being reinstated. Is there something I am missing on my end? new support request was: 299145

The latest official information stated that they would begin indexing games that do not accept any type of payment (even donations).

If you'd like to be eligible for today's re-indexing, your page must have the following option checked: (The "No Payments" option under the "Pricing" section of your project's Edit Page in your Dashboard)

It appears that your games are paid and also NSFW.

I've let our admins know again, but see above. You should probably wait a little before posting your ticket ID, too.

thanks! I moved the game to free in case it makes a difference. I actually prefer it I just read before all these issues happened that paid games ranked better for the algo
