Left-Handed Mode tag in accessibility configuration

I've been experimenting with adding a Left-Handed Mode to my game, which pretty much just mirrors the cursor. But I figure since other games can probably do this better, it may be a good idea to include "Left-Handed Mode" to the tags under accessibility.

What is a left handed mode supposed to be? And what does the cursor have to do with it?

Is that a preconfigured control scheme or what am I missing? Are there any examples?

I asked a few left-handed people who mentioned using a mouse with their left hand - they seemed to support the idea of a VN having a "mirror the mouse cursor"  option, so the cursor points top-right instead of top-left.

But I imagine there might be cases in more complicated games where a left-handed control scheme could essentially "mirror" controls.
I've seen some left or one-handed gamepads or mice, too.

I would not call that an accessibility feature. That's pure preference.

An accessibilty feature is, if you can configure wasd to other keys. Or to not be fixated on hardwired keys at all. Or make the text speed adjustable up to instant. To have an auto read mode.

If there is no need for a special cursor, the easiest option would be to optionally use the system cursor. Renpy uses the system cursor by default. There's people using a cross hair cursor or other custom things - like a cursor pointing from left to right.
