I would not call that an accessibility feature. That's pure preference.
An accessibilty feature is, if you can configure wasd to other keys. Or to not be fixated on hardwired keys at all. Or make the text speed adjustable up to instant. To have an auto read mode.
If there is no need for a special cursor, the easiest option would be to optionally use the system cursor. Renpy uses the system cursor by default. There's people using a cross hair cursor or other custom things - like a cursor pointing from left to right.
