As stated above. I've sent several emails to support and am just trying to get an answer having waited nearly over a month for a response

Double check your payout settings. From what I've heard, that tends to be a common issue. You can also try asking about this issue on Discord

This has never been a problem before as I've easily received payments for the last several years.
