Payout in review for 48 days. I tried to contact support but didn't receive a response.
Is itch.io having problems? It would be interesting if you were transparent about this.
Payout ID: #178035

Issue resolved
I just realized that my tax information was out of date. I've redone the tax interview, I hope that solves the problem.
I understand it was my fault, but I don't think it would be difficult to program an automatic email notifying us of the date to update the tax information as soon as the date approaches.
Not to mention that I could have been informed of this lack in a response to the support request I made, it would have been a more useful response than no response at all, which is what I received.
Could you please ask for an explanation for the delay and lack of response?
This seems to be happening to several people. Is it a definitive problem, or is there an intention to correct it in the future? Will I eventually receive the money, or can I give up the idea of receiving payments from itch.io?
Is there a way to prevent more people from buying my game, at least during this time that the situation is not resolved, but keep the game available for those who have already bought it? If I delete my account, will the game still be available for download for people who have already purchased it?
Is there anything I can do to help resolve this situation or prevent this situation from happening in the future if it is resolved?
I've also sent these questions to support (request: 283773). If possible, ask them to reply to me by e-mail so that I know they exist. The existence of functional support is an important criterion for people to decide whether or not to use the site.
I appreciate any help you can provide.
Can you at least help me with the following question?
"Is there a way to prevent more people from buying my game, at least during this time that the situation is not resolved, but keep the game available for those who have already bought it? If I delete my account, will the game still be available for download for people who have already purchased it?"
No, and in fact you can't easily delete your account if your projects already have buyers. But you can use access control to pause sales until further notice.
