My payout request has been in review for over a 4 months.

Hoping that I might get help through this forum.

I initiated a payout request on Jan 30th, and it's still in review.


I checked every setting on my account, have up-to-date tax information, etc.

I tried emailing support (from two different email addresses), but no one is getting back to me.


It's not a lot of money, but it's enough to give me pause about my continued use of the platform.

If you still need to make a topic about a Support Request, you must include your ticket ID with your message.

I wonder who the moderators here are allowed to forward your thread to if you had posted your support ticket id? The same people ignoring your support ticket in the first place? I can't see a reason to include the ticket if that's the case, honestly.
