I submitted a payout request on January 30th, 2025, for just USD 9.56,

The request is still in review.

My tax Validation status says "On File".

I've since switched the payout mode to "direct" to prevent a similar situation from happening in the future. I also turned off Revenue Sharing.

I also did all of those and have been waiting for my money since January.

If anyone is counting, I still have no reply and no money,

Okay, support tickets: 279147 and 274169 (there was at least one other, I don't have the number for)

So if I never get a reply from the support team, there is nothing I can do.

Hoping that I might get help through this forum.

I tried emailing support (from two different email addresses), but no one is getting back to me.

It's not a lot of money, but it's enough to give me pause about my continued use of the platform.
