I don't know if because my account is new but my games wont show up in search and support doesnt respond.

I have no idea why anyone would use Itch, There was 0 benefits game doesnt show up in search or anywhere. On top of that unlike steam, Itch isnt available for everyone. I spend the first 2 days teaching my friends how to bypass itch's 403 to download my game. After that I had to go and remove Itch from everywhere because they cant even find the game.

I'm shocked there's no warning. why would anyone upload a game here less than 0 benefits? 

Is there any alternative to itch that's available to everyone like steam and wont redirect people looking for my game to other random games?

Try the internet. Make your own site. No one prevents you from having your own domain. That is available for everyone.

Funny that you should mention Steam. I suggest you try releasing your games on Steam and find out how available to everyone Steam actually is. Or places like Gamejolt.

Your game is 16 days old. Waiting time for getting indexed can be over a month.

And what you should realize, not being indexed is not hindering your ability to promote your game! People do not randomly search for peep craft. You give them the direct link to your game in promotion.

Itch.io is extremely dev friendly. So much so that the site is packed full of developers.  Problem is - developers need a site that is packed full of gamers actively looking for games and who are willing to play anything - even the 1000th iteration of a flappy-bird clone. Perhaps AI will create these elusive gamers for us.

But seriously: Tell people to use the App to bypass security issues. And even if your game isn't indexed, you can send your friends a link.
