Published Work Cannot be Purchased

Hi, I've had 3 short stories up for a while on Itch and 1 of them I know was purchasable for a time but  now I'm not sure if any of them are. I got a message from someone trying to buy one of my stories but no matter how many attempts they made they always received the message "We had an issue processing your payment". They have been able to purchase other things on Itch which makes me worry it may be an issue with my own settings. I am a US seller and the purchaser is from the EU so that might be an issue? I'm not sure. I contacted Support 5 days ago but I haven't gotten a response yet.

Okay okay yeah sorry I was super tired when I read that. I only put on how long it's been since I contacted support as an explanation for why I was looking for community assistance, not demanding a response from them sooner as it could be an issue with my settings. I had already checked the FAQ and this is my first time in the forums, I have no idea what terms to use to search for my specific issue.


I didn't even see that I got the automated "we see your message and will get to you when we can" email until now so I can just delete this if you'd prefer, but the ticket number is 261628
