Some questions regarding how money works on Itch.io

A few months ago, I moved to Itch from Gamejolt, and I have a couple questions about Itch's money system.

1. Can I use money I've earned on Itch to buy other things? (games, development tools, books, etcetera)

2. Is there a refund system? If so, how does it work?

Thanks for reading and helping out, Norsaken

1) Yes, the money is real currency that can buy anything online.

2) contact support, it is not a machine thing like Valve does: https://itch.io/support

firecat is being silly, but essentially right:at Itch.io there are always human beings you can talk to:

  1. We don't have a wallet feature yet. Any money you earn on Itch.io has to be withdrawn to your PayPal account first before you can buy other things with it.
  2. There is a refund system: e-mail support within a week from purchase with your request.

Hope this helps!
