Project doesn't appear in my library

Hi everyone

I recently had access to a project after a Kickstarter campaign. The ks team gave me a link and a password to access the itch page of the game and I wanted to add the project in my library.  I clicked on the "Add to Collection" button, and I added the game in a collection. However, when I check my library or the collection in which I put the game, it says that "there isn't anything in this collection."

Why I can't see the game that I added in my library?

Restricted games do not appear on collections.

Try accessing the link again and see, if you can claim the game. If they sent you a download key, you should be able to claim it. But if they only sent you a link to the game + password, that does not sound like a claimable game.

Thanks for the answer. Yeah, they sent me only a link to the game and a password. So in order to be claimable in my library they should send me a download key?

I think so.

Again, thanks
