PLEASE HELP! Found a bug. I got the event that caused my Kerfur Omega to appear in a fleshly area on the camera. When it ended, I kept experiencing something weird, randomly I would hear something moving in my base (like an entity colliding with the surrounding? or rummaging) and I swear I saw for a brief moment a red laser outside the window? Followed by a loud sound of me getting hit and falling over... I am SO confused. This especially happens when I click to pat Kerfur, so I decided to turn Kerfur Omega off, then it just vanishes... poof! gone! No where on the radar and I can't view the camera :(
Not really a bug; the transformers aren’t disabled or made easier in Ambience mode, and you still have to manage them just as much as you would normally.
If they are going down twice in an in-game day, it might be because of your power consumption; power some functions off using the breaker in the basement or the Components tab in the computer when not needed.
The following list is what each component controls, alongside it’s power consumption percentage.
I don't know if anybody mentioned this but at times my items seem to fall over or end up in places despite them being placed in a specific place (like paper cups on a table)
but also the light stick thingies are very janky in the sense that they either freak out after reloading the game or try to fly towards a spot of where I was trying to place an item, sometimes they do it after I used the same shift alt placement with the lights or otherwise
also also (I don't know if this is technically a bug or just hitbox misalignment but but will mention either way) some items like the metal shelf model have this issue of things clipping through them like a clock, so you can see the bottom of the clock clipping through
also there seems to be an issue with accepting placement of items sometimes through the ceiling rather than realigning said props to face down? so that way they won't clip through the ceiling and get stuck in a spot where nobody can get to it (salt lamp for example)
also for the last one... I just hope there will be a way to fix items clipping through the map and splashing into its underground
I think that's all the biggest ones I've seen?
except the crashing done because of custom video playing on tv but that's probably been talked about to death

not sure if this is considered a bug or not. but the pbr and normal map textures seem to be read in srgb color space instead of linear.
this isnt correct as pbr and normal map textures are not color data but instead channel packed data.
you dont colorspace normal directions because doing so will result in the wrong values (you can see this in game if you give a sphere model a normal map that is a solid 0.5,0.5,1.0 color and rotating it around)
the normal map is a direction vector from the models surface
0.5,0.5,1.0 is pointing straight out from the surface
if you srgb colorspace that then you get 0.73,0.73,1.0
giving the wrong normal direction
id recommend a setting in the mesh properties.cfg to read the normal map and pbr as data instead of color
that way already made models wont suffer from this if it is changed
if this is working as intended though uhhhh
guess i have a feature request
It's not exactly a bug, but after the 13 day, my FPS dropped significantly, not just when loading a save, but throughout the entire game. I lowered the settings, cleaned the base, but nothing helped. Before, I had a stable 50/60 FPS, but after that, it wouldn't even go above 20. EDITED: The game is only using 5% of my gpu resources. How can I manually increase the limit?
not sure if anyone mentioned this, but i heard the rock floating was virtually broken in this version. tried every guide i could find, and every method i could to try and get the water rune, ended up having to give it to myself from another save (because peace and love im not walking thru the entire area with a rock.)
another one while im at it, the frame rate is TANKING. i used to have my base decorated in so many items it was honestly atrocious, and i'd average around 60fps save for small drops with events. now, even with no fancy textured objects, and no 3d printed objects or custom ones for that matter, im averaging around 20-30 fps in the base around all my stuff.
