We download the app but everytime we try to use it nothing works.  The only place that  reacts to a click is the diamonds shop. :(

I'm closing this topic, the Gacha Life creator doesn't give support here. This is the global itch.io message board. itch.io hosts over 100k games by independent creators, we can't offer support for specific projects made by creators who publish on our platform. Your best bet is to contact the creator through the information they provide on their itch.io page. If you think the project is actually broken then you can open a report from the link on the bottom of the project page.
