Thinking of integrating HTML5 games into my website

Hey guys, just got a quick question. I have a website which I want to have html5 games on, currently i have none since im just starting out developing the site. i heard from a friend itch.io had HTML5 games that you could download, and stuff. But I wanted to ask directly because if I do download it and put it on my site, I don't have their permission, nor license or blessing to put it on my site. So my question is, how can I put games on my site for visitors to use like other sites do, and if you are a developer of a html5 game yourself, we could maybe discuss about integrating your game into my website.

PS:  Please get back to me asap, even a short sentence for a reply is greatly appreciated.

You may be able to embed an HTML5 page as an iframe, but I don't know if itch.io can support that or even allows it. I would recommend reaching out to Itch.io support for more information

You will find sites that offer games to embed when searching for embedding html5 games.

It usually is games with ads. Of course they want those games to be visible everywhere.

If you have an HTML5 game published on itch.io, you can embed it into another website by using the Distribute -> Embed game tab on your project dashboard. Please don't do that with somebody else's game.

Thanks for the reply, so basically if the html5 game is not mine, how can I contact the developer so that I am able to have his/her permission to embed the game in my website?

For example by leaving a comment on the game page, or seeing what contact options they provide on their creator profile.
