Usually a project is being put back on review if the system detects that it needs to be reviewed again.

This is intentionally vague, so people cannot “game the system” and attempt to upload malicious content without triggering the review to happen. It’s hard to tell what you can do to not trigger it.

I wouldn’t worry about regular changes to the page causing you to enter re-indexing state. If you, for example, start adding viagra links to the page or go from free to paid then it’s more likely you’ll be subject to re-review.

Regarding the “line” for indexing review, it’s not based on “first come first serve,” but rather page activity. So we recommend that you operate your page as normal, and it will enable us to get it processed sooner, if any processing is necessary.

It is not our goal to cause pages to go into review, but a necessary part of the process to ensure the security of the platform. This is part of the reason why it’s hard to list the specific circumstances, as there are many heuristics involved.
