Anyone has payout problems?

Does anyone else has trouble with payouts? I have processed mine since 20 days ago but it's still in review, I have contacted support but received no replies. I didn't know what I did wrong. 

You probably didn't do anything wrong. I've had some payouts that took 2 days to process and some that took 15. I'm not sure why support wouldn't have responded though. To be clear, you did get the [Request received] email from Zendesk, right? You just never got an actual answer? Support usually isn't lightning-fast but I tend to get a response within a few days.

Yes, I did receive the email from Zendesk, it was three days ago. I wonder how many days it took for you?

Assuming your tax information is validated and your account is in good standing, then payouts should be processed as normal. We manually review all payouts, so there isn’t a fixed payout schedule. It may sometimes take longer to process a payout due to various factors, including the payments included in the payment.

Thanks! I already validated my tax information a week ago and never had problems with payouts before. I hope it comes soon since I need the money ^^;

Good luck with yours, Azure. I'm currently waiting at 53 Days / 24 Days with my payouts. Same situation as yours—no replies from support or explanations beyond the standard "it takes time."
