I've been trying to do the tax interview but it keeps on changing my address and I don't know why. It turns into a different address once I get to the W-8BEN form. I keep on checking back and changing it to my address but whenever I get to the form it's different. The permanent residence address keeps on changing. What should I do?

Is it telling you it's changing the address? As far as I understand they use a address verification service. Maybe there's something about how you typed the address that it's trying to correct for but is getting wrong. Additionally, if you haven't tried already, start the entire form over from scratch to see if the same issue happens.
