It keeps saying this: "The address has been modified to conform with delivery standards. Please verify the changes above." but I don't see any changes then once I get to the form I see that the address is different.

This new address that shows, it's completely different location and note related to the one you entered at all?
The province and country is the same but the street and city keeps getting changed.
