In account settings you can uncheck "Show content marked as adult in search & browse." I won't ask why it was checked in the first place :P

I agree with magic, Itch doesn’t show NSFW games by default, it hides them all from search. You have to specifically enable the “Show content marked as adult in search & browse.” Checkbox for those games to show up. So essentially OP is complaining because they forgot to turn off a setting option that they themselves have enabled.

if you find adult games showing up with the option turned off, complain to itch about them, as they should be tagged adult.
