My game download (jam submission) has the 'This page has been Quarantined" warning

Hello

I would like to apologize upfront if this violates the "No discussion of account restrictions, bans, etc." rule. This is not a discussion, but rather a query to figure out the solution as I was not notified of this and don't know the right 'next steps'.

I participated in Epic Mega Jam 2022, and created a new account to submit my game.

Now people in the community point out that they receive this message when they try to download the game from my page https://merekht.itch.io/the-tree-rhythmers

I'm not sure what triggered the system (maybe me posting the game builds every hour before the deadline), but there's nothing in these archives except for the game binaries.

Is there a way (a procedure or something) to prove it and lift this quarantine state. I am concerned that it will affect my participation in the jam and will prevent people from enjoying the game.

I would really like people to enjoy the game and provide the critique if they didn't, but most of them will most probably simply ignore it due to this "quarantine" status.

Thanks in advance for your assistance.

Understood. I already did. thank you, will wait for reply from them.

Because you have a brand new account it’s possible your page may be placed in our review queue, and a quarantine message may appear until someone on our team reviews the page.

Unfortunately we do not share the specific details about why and when that message may appear other than was I just said, as it is a security measure to deter suspicious actors from attempting to distribute malware.

Thanks

thanks a lot for looking into this. I will patiently wait for review then and hope that it doesn’t affect my submission to jam. Have a good day!
