So, I'm having a common problem with publishing my project. I've created an account and posted the game there, but unfortunately my game page is only available to me when being logged in, as well as my account page: https://aymanhammoud.itch.io

I've deleted that project from my previous account. Created a new account and posted my project there: https://ahasver.itch.io/solar-system-simulation to see if it will solve my problem. It was fine for a while and a few hours later I had the same problem. Accounts and the game are not visible to other people.

Unfortunately, I can't send a message to the community from my login either, so I've registered a new account just to write here.

I wrote a letter yesterday, but no one answered. I understand that support is always very busy, but actually I'm in a hurry, so I wrote here, hoping that my problem is not a big deal and maybe it can be solved without contacting support. Thanks a lot in advance!

I’d suggest to wait support to reply. One day is not enough, especially if you contact them on a Saturday. They’ll be able to give you further details of what is going on.
