Please help I'm very new in this.

I've tried to download "to trust an incubus" and "date or die: prologue" for now, and they are simply not downloading, I click install or dowload but instead of downloading   it only show a "started now" "started 2, 3, 4, 6 minutes ago" and at some point it gives up and drops an error "could not access remote file"

and through Google chrome it doesn't starts downloading period. It shows the screen of "your download will begin soon" but it never does.

Sorry you're having trouble. In order the diagnose the issue can you try loading this URL to see if the image loads?

Ok sorry if I'm talking to the wrong person but after I downloaded the game I double clicked the game( I have a macOS) but when it opened it said "Unable to find game!!:". Do you know what I should do?

Whenever I want to download anything, it shows  a 403 forbidden 

Between the time I first used itch and now I moved a bit across the world, could it be the server thinks I'm somebody else because wrong country, and then blocking the download?
