I don´t know what is the problem but the game seems not to be loading properly. I also embbeded in my website but same problem.

I asume I am not the first person to have this issue. Can anyone help me please? Thanks in advance

I paid for that game. The game is mine. Just he did his job, delivered the files to me and now it is on my side to manage the game. Cheers

Nitish is right. Please don't upload somebody else's game. They can make an account just as easily, and publish their own game.

That said, what exactly are you uploading? It should be the zip archive, which I assume contains index.html and the two directories. Are there any error messages in the browser console?

The game is mine. I paid for it.

Now I am uploading the zip file which contains:

1- index.html

2- One "Build" folder (with 4 files .br)

Thanks

Oh, all right. But an .exe file can't be played online. Your archive needs to contain index.html and the associated directories. You can offer the one with the .exe for download.

Edited. Sorry.

It is a .html file

Okay. So, again, are there any error messages in the browser console?

It was share right now from the delveloper

Looks like the game is trying to load a file from disk instead of its location on the server?! Maybe an absolute file path was forgotten inside the source code.

wait. The game has to be placed on a server before uploading it into itch.io?

No. I mean one of the file paths in the game appears to be absolute, referring to a file on the creator's hard drive, rather than relative as it needs to be so it can be loaded from the server.

Ok, I don't know exactly how but is was fixed :)

The problem now is on our side because login is not working. We are using a bitcoin wallet for login. Little by little I suppose...

Thank you man!
