Looks like the game is trying to load a file from disk instead of its location on the server?! Maybe an absolute file path was forgotten inside the source code.
No. I mean one of the file paths in the game appears to be absolute, referring to a file on the creator's hard drive, rather than relative as it needs to be so it can be loaded from the server.
