I would say don’t worry about it. The user was happy to support you, and it’s more trouble to reverse a payment.

Right, you should probably contact support. There are options, such as converting the money into a donation to itch.io (as if you had the revenue sharing slider set to 100%) but support knows best. To avoid any problems in the future, set the pricing for all your games to No Payments. Hope this helps!
