I have a profile "PrengaStudios" that I setup a week ago. I published a game, yet I cannot access my account even through a direct link. That account can't even post to these boards. I contacted support, but haven't heard back - it has been about a week. Since I can't even post on the boards with that account, I don't know what to do. I think I need an admin to unfreeze my account or something, it is really strange.

Can I get some assistance?
