Interactive Fiction genre

With interaction fiction games being quite popular on this site, I think it would be a lot cleaner to group these games under one 'Interactive Fiction' genre, rather than having them dispersed across 'Other', 'Simulation' and 'RPG' (they would still be distinguished through the use of tags).

Our genres list is a bit lacking right now. I plan to merge genres with tags and have many more options. It's likely we'll have a visual novel option, which might be more appropriate to the games you're talking about. If not, say so.

We probably want both "interactive fiction" and "visual novel" as options.

This was a refactor that I've been meaning to do for a while. We now have a visual novel genre. I refactored how genres work so it's easy to add multiple of them via tags as well. Enjoy
