Hey guys, I am a developer and I am going to ask for my first payment.

I have everythink ready for that (tax interviews, paypal account etc) but I need urgently itchio's Legal adress and tax number (TIN i think, but not sure).

I am from portugal and we do need the adress and tax id of anyone we recieve money from, otherwise it can be tax fraud or evasion (even if every penny is declared!).

So please can anyone help me here, were can i get this legal info? Is it here on the site? Do I need to send a mail?

Thanks for all the help!

After you open a payout request you can reach out to support with your payout ID asking for the information.

Also, please update the title of your topic. Don’t use all caps and put things like “HELP ME in the title. If you’re posting here it’s obvious your needing help.

Thanks

I think it’s best to Contact Support for this issue. I couldn’t find any such details in the FAQ, so I’d imagine support would be able to provide you with more details.

Hope that helps.

Thanks, I already sended an email. Hope it does not take long, I really cant do a thing without those informations XD

After reading and googling much on the subject it seems that some kind of information (addresses and Tax numbers (TIN)) is given once you recieve the payout.

Can anyone confirm this? I dont want to aks for a payout before having this informations first, otherwise it will be a fraud on my part!

Problem solved.

For future reference of anyone needing the information, One you ask for a payout all you need (Addresses, Tax numbers etc) will be available for you. Just need to ask for a payout first.

Hope it can help anyone else in the future. And thanks for everyone's help here :)
