Payout taking a long time

Hello itch.io,

It's been 19 days that we initiated a payout (ID 51737) and we still haven't received a payment. We saw that it's taking normally 7 to 12 days to do it... Did we do something wrong?

(sorry for asking it here but we sent you emails and never had any answers)

23 days since we initiated our payout and we still have no answers from the moderators/admins, does someone know another way to contact itch.io?

I’ve let an admin know. Payouts taking that long is unusual, so there’s a chance something got stuck somewhere. An admin will be able to go into more details.

Can’t say, I don’t have access to such information.

If it’s indeed stuck for a reason, an admin will be able to provide more details. If not, it could just be delayed, and be processed in one of the following days. I’m not aware of any widespread delays on payments recently, but an admin will be able to go into more detail.

We really hope an admin will soon answer us because the situation is becoming quite stressful here.

Hello,

Sorry for the delay. This is a larger payout so our team needs some additional time to review. Also, for larger payouts on things like Payoneer, we may need some additional time to consolidate funds from payment processors to load the Payoneer account so we don’t interrupt regular flow of other payouts.

Thank you very much for your answer.

At least now we know the reason for the delay, so we will try to avoid waiting so long before making a payout.

We're looking forward to receiving the payout next week.

Per the last email on the related topic, I allow myself to contact you again because we have no update since our last exchange. Our payout is still in review, for 31 days now.
