App store link not working for Steam

maybe it's me doing something wrong, but for some reason i can't get the steam link to show up on my game page

I can see the link visible. If you click the “More information”, it appears on the “Links” part.

I doubt that would happen automatically. I think there’s a way to add that on your page’s description manually, but I’m not familiar with the steps.

yeah my bad, i had to go to my steam page to create a widget, it's not an itch.io feature as i thought, my bad

All the other store link options produce badges, it's only Steam that doesn't, so it's an understandable expectation, not your mistake. Took me a while to figure it out, too.
