You can not ban people from leaving ratings on your page, you can however disable ratings entirely.

For ratings, please report them using the report link and our admin team can check out the accounts and get them taken care of. It looks like the things you included in your screenshot happened 8 days ago, but there were no reports at the time.

itch.io treats ratings a bit differently than other platforms, ratings are incredibly downplayed because by default it’s hard to establish that the rating is actually an evaluation of the game.

I’d love if I can also IP/Hardware ban since he is making multiple accounts.

There is no such thing as a hardware ban since we are primarily a website. How we manage suspended accounts is internal and we don’t reveal the details, but I want you to know that IP bans are not perfect solution as it’s easy for someone to obtain new IPs.

I know it’s stressful dealing with someone who is harassing you, my advice is to keep reporting any activity so our admin team can take necessary measures. Generally these types of trolls give up quite quickly once they realize everything they do is deleted in bulk.

If it is too much to manage though, we make all community related features optional. You can turn off ratings, comments, forums, etc.
