So Payoneer added a inactive service fee last year, not telling anyone in a email like normal companys do. The fee is $29.95 American dollars not EU or CA its US based currency only. https://www.payoneer.com/about/fees/

The only way to not get fine is either have money be sent to  account (in this case itch.io sending payout to your Payoneer account) or deleting your account to avoid fee. No its not possible to send money from your bank into Payoneer account.

Thanks for notifying us, we weren’t aware of that. That’s pretty lame of them, but sadly we don’t have other options for many sellers for sending money.
