Answering both questions, the file and the page in general refer to a Mod for the independent video game Nuclear Throne, the Mod that I have made is a compilation of the weapons of the Minecraft video game, from there comes the (NT) of the title and the Tags of it, NT = Nuclear Throne, and NT-Weapon the tag that is normally used for the weapon mods of this game.
