There is no rule about how many jams a game can be submitted to, the rule is that you read the rules of the jam and respect the hosts. Only submit if you feel it’s an appropriate submission. Jams are not for advertising your game via spamming, which is why there isn’t a specific number of jams you can or can not submit your game to. If you’re thinking about it that way then you’re already doing it wrong.
