Okay so on my download for Among Us it says YOUR PURCHASE COMES WITH A STEAM KEY but I go to click on it and it tells me There are no keys available at this time, please try again later.

How can this be fixed if it can be fixed at all?

The most likely reason is that the game has run out of keys, and the developer has to add more so they are available to users.

I would suggest to contact the developer, if you haven’t already. They will be able to give more details and confirm if they are aware of the problem or not.

The developer has been notified that there are no Steam keys available right now, they should hopefully refill it soon. You will be able to claim a key once they have added more.

I have finally gotten an email back from Itch.io support team and they said the Dev has finally reloaded the keys for Steam!!

I know you already have your problem fixed, but if a game has also been released on steam, buy it off steam.

On itch you have to generate keys for any of them to work, and on steam you get it directly. You also have some of the benefits that Steam can offer you as well such as tracking how many hours you spent in-game and the Steam overlay.
