Ahh, perhaps it was that then. Maybe the solution is to clarify that when out of stamina you are locked out of certain actions. Thanks for clarifying. All the same the stamina does help make the game more unique and make the player have to think more about their actions, so despite it being added late in development, I think it's a good addition.

Thanks for the kind words. I watched your reaction. it's satisfying to see how others react to my work. You mentioned about some balance issues and it's true that's where I feel there's a weakness in the game. Thankfully because I'd always intended to have difficulty be changed through the many sliders that you have before starting the game, you can somewhat adress the balance by giving the player a little more income.
Really like the overall gameplay idea of this one and the abilities that effect your arrows. I think one downside is that having the dash move in the direction of where you're shooting isn't ideal as I often found myself trying to dodge away from the very fast enemies and towards others as they were coming in. I think it should be based on your overall movement direction, but that's just me. Good work though.
Seen a lot of necromancy games submitted to this jam and I think this might be the best I've played so far. Love the CTR filter that enhances the old Atari style graphics. The increasing enemy sizes and the huge ammount of perks for your army made me play much longer than I thought I might. Got to the point where I had so many skeletons the game was having performance issues. Really fun to see how many combinations of traits your army can have. Only thing to check out is that some of the really big enemies seemed to be invincible, or couldnt be hit. Excelent work!
Great to hear. Honestly a very addictive little gem. The only thing I'd check is if there is meant to be a fail state if one of the box's can't be opened because it's been isolated from all other areas. Only had it happen once but I feel like if the end goal requires all 8 opened, then you should have either a fail state or have it effect the score when all the others are opened.
Yeah, I'm not really an RTS player myself, so I don't know all the conventions of the genre. I just thought that it would be an good fit for the theme and made what I thought would work best. There were some mechanics I wanted to implement but decided to keep the scope down until I was sure what I could do within the deadline.
