Oh yeah I could definitely see that, I was trying to go at it from more of like a minimalism as a lifestyle kind of thing, getting rid of garbage and stuff but I definitely should've pushed that in hindsight. I'm stoked you had fun with all the physicsy stuff though. Thank you for playing though!

DUDEUH Thank you! I'm actually surprised you beat the mystical giant bee and saw the "nice". I'm sad to say that indeed was the 5 minute crafts hot glue put together end of the game. BUT, it's really nice to know that you had a good time as I think that's probably the point of making games I think. The crab.. I don't wanna talk about the crab.. I feel the same way. I was like man this crab sucks but I'm a little limited on time and I think it might be better than an empty room. I think an empty room was the better option now. I'm still working on my combat skills and I defo agree the damage is a lil weird. Thank you for playing, also dope game btw.
NOOO BROOO I'M SORRY! Yeah the rings were something I made haphazardly in the very beginning as a little test thing and then I forgot about it while I was doing all of the other stuff, so by the time I added them back I never really tested it out. Next time I'm gonna focus up on elements like that I think I was just a little overwhelmed. Thank you for playing though!!
Dope game! The second I started to shoot the gun I was actually laughing that thing is crazy, it kinda reminds me of noita a little bit. I'm curious to see like if you made this a larger game because this is really fun I gotta say, I'm imagining like wall sliding and gun upgrades like recoil or something.
OVERALL, I had a lot of fun playing and this was a dope lil sweet game.
The music. FIRE. The art. FIRE. I can definitely tell a painter was touchin all over this. The billboard animations were super cool, and the skybox is dope. I gotta say it does feel a little bit like an alien made the controls but I got pretty used to it, and its nice that its a little different than the usual. The beginning is a little bit unforgiving, I didn't really get to ease into the game it just kind of drops you in (literally), but there's still plenty of level design moments later on that feel good and satisfying. Getting the jump was a lil challenge I gotta say i think I overshot and undershot that platform like 5 times, but it was cool once I had it how much easier it was to traverse around and stuff.
Super cool game, I really hope you guys continue working on this one its got a lot to it. FIRE.
Super cool game. I like the sprites and the animation is super clean. The combat feels really good, but I think its a tad bit difficult, maybe if the melee was a little bit stronger or something it would feel more balanced. The movement feels very heavy, but overall nice. The SFX are really nice too I like how boomy all of the sounds are.
WOW thank you for playing! I totally agree with the combat stuff, it was a big challenge to make everything physics based and also have it feel good. There was a point in time where you could just vibrate on all of the enemies and kill them which was pretty funny but was also kind of lame. You already know I had to throw in a lil voice acting in there yknow what im sayin. (I couldn't figure out text dialogue). Thank you very much though.
This game is super cool! I have to say the menus and UI are really well made and look good. The overall look of the game is pretty cool, I can definitely see the minimalist theme, its got a cool kind of star fox but neon look. The movement was a little bit hard to get used to, I'm not super familiar with rail base shooters so that could definitely be why. It was definitely a learning curve getting used to what visuals correlated to what purpose in the game (except for the magenta enemies that was pretty easy) but once I got it down it was pretty fun teleporting around the map, though I did get lost a little bit. The intro animation sequence is so cool though, I have no idea how you were able to make all of that in such a short span. Overall pretty cool game.
I really like the camera movement and the aesthetic of the game. The lack of audio kind of made it scary for some reason which i kind of enjoyed, if you did expand on it you could probably add some immersive audio to contrast the more simple visuals. I was a little bit confused as to how to complete the code, and sometimes I wasn't sure how i died, which are all things audio would probably help, but other than that it was a cool little game.
Holy this game is hard, but its really fun. I wont like the earth exploding kinda jumpscared me at first, pants soiled, underwear ruined. But I've never played a rat squasher simulator and I was thoroughly surprised with how fun it was, especially when things started ramping up. I haven't beaten it yet, but this is definitely one of those games that Ill load up every once in awhile to see if I can beat it.
I like the literal interpretation of the prompt, It is just a chill fishing game. I've been playing a lot of stardew so the fishing mechanic was nice and familiar. I slightly wish there was a more obvious catching a fish sound, kinda like the bloop bloop in stardew, but other than that, I enjoyed the chillness.
Dudes this is super neat. I liked getting denied the flame sword, it was pretty funny. I think i wish there was a little bit more feedback when attacking and stuff, but there was a lot in the game to make up for it. No idea how so much was able to be programmed in a week though that is impressive as dawg.
