Haha, alright! :p

Thanks! Yeah, not too many limitations on the water, that was added rather quickly :p

Thanks! Yeah, movement was added and left as-is. I overscoped the entire thing quite a bit. Four hours turn out to pass very quickly!

Nice to hear that you liked it, thanks! I considered making the sun a target but that didn't make it in eventually.

Nice, almost "psychedelic" visuals! Pretty fun gameplay too! I moved around for a bit but couldn't find the exit anywhere.

A solid entry! The balloon splatting looks nice and it's actually quite a bit of fun to defend those sunflowers. Nice!

Impressive visuals that create a nice setting! I think I toggled all the switches but didn't manage to get on the boat. A solid entry!

Impressive creation, to be made in only 4 hours!

Great visual effects, combined with the audio that makes it a very complete entry. Nice!

A nice, very complete entry! Despite those 4 colors in total, it works well aesthetically.
The splatting looks really nice, from the multiple spheres being created to the decals. It's all in the details.

Managed to win a round in the end.

A very solid entry! Great attention to the visual details. The octopuses are tough though!

(Also, no better way to show it's made in GM than showing the score using show_message :d )

Nice to see two of the three themes in there!

Very impressive! (as was to be expected)

Not very suited for the "potato graphics" GPU category though!

Congratulations everyone! Well deserved winners!

I can't really think of too many other suggestions. What's currently there seems polished enough to me as is.
Visually you could probably add quite a bit, a couple of grasses and ferns here and there, clouds on multiple layers, ...
The layered backgrounds give the worlds great a sense of vastness that I think you can exploit further if you wanted to.

A very complete entry and an original use of the theme! The sheep are adorable.

Beautiful art! The generated worlds are interesting though on the small side or empty at times.

Lovely idea to destroy a range of blocks by using bombs! The game also plays very smoothly.
I liked it!

Really nice game! I found it fun to play for quite a while, especially the discovery of that special red and blue ore felt highly rewarding. I played the YYC version, which seemed to run perfectly smoothly on my computer.

Nicely done! :)

This looks like it could be the start of something pretty unique. Visually it looks very pretty already.
Neat!

That's quite odd alright. It must be something with the multiple textures, for some reason.
Thanks for letting me know this!

This game is absolutely impressive! Not sure how you managed to add that much detail to this in less than 24 hours. The sound effects, the animated flowers, trees and water.
Controls and collisions all seem more than fine, too. It plays very smoothly.
Yeah... Just great!

Thanks! I would've added a bit more if I could, but well... 24 hours go by quickly :p

Thanks for playing! :)
I'm wondering about the glitches now. What exactly was off?

I noticed there's a downloadable version now and tried to play it. That one runs very smoothly!
All in all it's an absolutely adorable setting that you managed to create. I really like the piano playing in the background.
In the end I got most of the lamps connected to the generator but I must've done something wrong since I couldn't connect all of them.
Highly enjoyable game, though!

Ah, thanks for the feedback! There are indeed some graphical artifacts in my game, I'm going to have to work on those for the updated version.
Thank you for playing my entry too! :)

I rated this entry a couple of days ago, but looks like I didn't leave a comment yet.
I really liked this game. Pretty 3D visuals, plays very smoothly.
I particularly like all animations like the claw, the shards and the lighting.
Nice one!

Yes, the visuals are adorable! I tried playing again but kept running into a black screen unfortunately. Also, I couldn't get the cheat to work for some reason (I held down the buttons simultaneously).
I think what could work better, next to the browser-based version, is an executable download. Since I'm thinking it could perhaps be related to this entry being run in the browser?

Very nice game! I found it fun to play.
I really like the attention to detail that seems to have gone into it, such as the submarine's horizontal and vertical rotor moving individually. And especially the sound effects, they fit well!
Not sure if this game even needs background music. Perhaps a bit more ambience in the background.
It'd be nice if the background color between areas would change gradually, though.
I also think this entry could use a bit more neon, even though it's clearly present in the submarine itself. Because of that, the theme use feels a bit limited.
Nonetheless I did really enjoy this entry!

Great platformer! Really creative use of platformer mechanics.
I also like the visuals a lot, epecially the title screen is quite unique. And neat background music, too.
Definitely a great entry!

Really nice game! I really like the open world combined with the platforming, which felt incredibly smooth. The hacking minigame is also very nice, there's enough variation in it to keep things interesting in my opinion.
Enjoyed playing this!

Great "hardcore" platformer! It plays very smoothly.
The background music is nice and fits well. The use of the theme feels a bit limited, though.
Overall I like it!

Thanks a lot! The tree should light up after you connect the tree board and it must have at one point since you got to the next part, which is the screen flickering (technically "there's an issue with the world's nEon supply").
I'm glad to hear about your comment on that, I wasn't aware that it could get to the point where it's annoying  to the eyes.
The solution is to enter the Hub Control building and push the button in the center there. That was put in there due to time constraints, since actually a boss battle was planned there. But I ran a bit short on time to add all that...

The "You bet I do" got me into this entry. Great humour.
Other than that a great game, very neat visuals and overall really polished. Also a lot of fun to play!

Interesting game! I like the visuals, how they manage to create a seemingly large city. The zooming in when opening up the inventory using the E key makes that even look nicer.
Also an interesting idea with the bullet deflect mechanic, although it's not always that easy and takes some skill.
Just something that caught my attention... The background music starts out nice but it seems to loop all the time. What there is sounds like a nice intro, but on repeat. It could burst open into something bigger, complete with a melody. I think the basis for that is there.
I finished the game. Overall really enjoyed it with all the creative platformer elements!

This is very impressive! Really everything seems to be at the same very high level, whether it's the music, the story, the visuals or the gameplay.
I really like the backstory at the start of the game, it's a bit of interesting history that I didn't know at all.
I'm incredibly amazed and intrigued by the game's mechanics as well, trying to figure out how you managed to code all that :)
An absolutely great game!

Thank you very much! Yes, I overscoped quite a bit. Originally four areas were planned of which only two are in a fairly playable state (not counting the starting area).
The interaction with the context using the E key is a bit lacking indeed, even buggy at certain points.
The idea at the start is that you go inside the train cart, then push it forward until it starts moving on its own. It doesn't matter if you're connected to the cart using E or not.
Ah yes, the Demoscene :). Definitely looking forward to that!

Thank you! Yes, this is more than doable with GMS2, and it's not even optimized yet!
Yeah, there's a complete lack of tutorial for this game, I'll need to add that in a later version.

An absolutely great concept and lovely visuals!
Unfortunately at one point I got a black screen and the game seemed to have crashed. Not sure if that was the game causing it or my computer. I decided to not start over since I'd have to start the wiring from zero but I might play again later.
