Thanks for the feedback! I didn’t realize I never mentioned how to switch the era in the game description so thanks for letting me know (it’s there now). I also wanted to add some sort of hit marker but I procrastinated too hard and ran out of time before I could.
Nice work. It was pretty short but I enjoyed it. I like the art a lot and the mechanics were pretty cool too. Only real problem I have is that the pink box on the top right was a little weird to move but it wasn't a big deal. I'd like to see you expand on it in the future!
This game saved my life. I used to be homeless with no job, no family, nothing. When I stumbled upon this game, I didn't think much of it. When I finished it, I was in tears. Thought provoking story, fantastical gameplay, beautiful graphics, this game really has it all. I went from being homeless to becoming a billionaire, owning a mansion, and having a family. Thank you for this blessing.
Game jams aren't easy so congrats for competing in your first one! The game was a little difficult but it was pretty fun. I like the whole darkness idea. Also i noticed you used the Brackey's Godot Platformer character which is fine but I would suggest giving credit in the description. Nice job!
The art is great. The animations were cool. The grappling hook mechanic was definitely one of the biggest things for me. It worked very well and was fun to use. The audio was also very enjoyable. Nice work!
Pretty fun! The mechanics felt great and I liked the whole idea of the timer and score system. Unfortunately I couldn't beat 8 but it was still fun lol.
Doodle Jump was definitely in my head when i was making this. I wanted to make a tutorial but I missed the first 2 days of the jam and got super sleepy towards the end so I didn't end up doing it. I really appreciate the feedback!
Pretty fun. It's simple but it works very well. The art looks nice and the music was pretty cool too. The gameplay definitely became challenging after a little which I liked but sometimes there would be two different things to clean that spawned on top of each other so it would be impossible to hit both. Good job anyways!
Nice simple idea! I'm not sure if anyone else had this problem but I wasn't able to make any moves. The center white front piece would move and then the game would get stuck.
There were definitely some bugs I would’ve loved to fix but as a beginner game developer, the time limit was very limiting for me lol. Thanks for the suggestions I really appreciate them!
