Even if we were to assume that there could be a set of standards in regards to what does and does not count as art, and which subjects are and are not worthy of exploration,* "glorifying" is an entirely subjective term that is worthless in this context.

No one person or group of people should be allowed to act as arbiters of what kind of art and media other people can and cannot create or interact with. Don't like it? Don't engage with it. But there's more to the creative field than Thomas Kinkade's whole thing of "art should always be uplifting and feelgood and should never challenge me and make me feel uncomfortable."

--Sincerely, someone whose mere existence is considered glorifying a degenerate and dangerous lifestyle by people like Collective Shout

* And we really, really fucking shouldn't because that's how you end up with lists of "degenerate art" and bookburnings.

This was great! So many permutations to run through, so little time...

One head's up re: running the game through the Itch.io app: The app hates popups, and attempting a manual save will therefore throw up an error and refuse to save. Autosaves and saving to disk still works, mind.

I was kind of expecting the reveal, so it's been so much fun trying to figure out who among the crew knows what based on their behaviour and dialogue (side-eyeing you SO HARD, Damon.) From that point of view, I think one of my favourite moments was right at the start when you went and threw in a "Princess and the Pea" reference because why not? Stop. Blink. Headtilt. Cackle.

Oooh, update! I really like the expanded dialogue options - particularly the addition of more neutral options during Heath's introduction.

One note: If you set different earrings in each ear on the MC's sprite, they become inverted in the CGs. For example, type 1 in the right ear and type 2 in the left on the sprite becomes type 2 in the right ear and type 1 in the left in the CG.

I have very little coherent to contribute (yay update!), other than to say that the comic book panel version looks REALLY good, and works as intended as far as I'm concerned.
