I'd say one playthrough if you take your time to read everything will be at least 2-3 hours. The game has enough different content to make it worth your while to consider having at least two total playthroughs.
If I understand you correctly... if you purchase the game once you will own it forever and get all updates to the main story of the game from that point forward.
Hello. There are builds for PC and builds for Android (.apk). If you have an iOS phone you won't be able to play it on it though unless you have Steam and stream it to your phone.
There is no Steam Android build for any game on Steam. Only the Steam Link app allows you to stream the game onto your Smart Phone from a Steam compatible device like a PC.
The next hopeful part is planned to be a PregnancyDLC (with some possible Epilogue content sprinkled in). I wouldn't exactly call it a Part 3 but more like individual scenes independent of each other at various points in a timeline.

Hello. If you want to just buy Part 2 then there is no point to getting the Demo first. If you want to try the game out and see if it's your thing before making a purchase, that's when I would suggest trying the Demo first.
Your saves may or may not work from the Demo to Chapter 3. With each update save integrity isn't guaranteed. Best bet is to make multiple saves for each playthrough at various points.
To update the game my best suggestion is to use the Itch App.

Would you please take a screenshot of your game menu (where you can see all of the game menus listed). You can either click "Options" from the title screen, right click while in the story, or the options menu from the quick menu while in the story.
Also, would you please tell me what version your game says in the bottom right on the title screen? It should say something like "ChapterThree_WT"
Worst comes to worst if you just bought it and it's not working, you can contact Itch support and ask for a refund. Unfortunately some Android devices don't like to play nicely with Ren'Py sometimes.
Hello. We don't have plans to make a walkthrough guide for Prince of Suburbia since it's very linear. As long as you window peep and go into the bathroom every day in the mornings you should unlock all the scenes you need to. The only point you need to make a save is before you pick the appearance of the boss since they both have their own lewd scenes locked to each appearance.
