Do I need to download "part1" "demo" for the first half of the content, or is absolutely everything included in the paid "part 2"?

Thank you, thanks for the clarification. I bought your game yesterday although it's twice as expensive as in steam but I sold the steam key to a friend to make up for it.
Sounds good and yeah, the sales come and go on both platforms, not always the same amount for the same time.
